All payments made by customers for custom sourcing and pre-orders are strictly for the purchase and supply of goods and related commercial services. The Company does not provide investment, brokerage, or fund management services, nor does it invest or manage funds on behalf of customers.
This policy is designed in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection and e-commerce regulations. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Full payment is required at the time a pre-order is placed.
A pre-order reserves the customer's allocation of a product that has not yet been released or received by Vero Models.
Pre-order payments are non-refundable in cases including, but not limited to:
The payment secures product allocation, supplier commitments, sourcing activities, and inventory planning.
Manufacturer release dates are estimates only and may change without notice.
Delays, allocation changes, packaging variations, or minor specification differences do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or obtain a refund.
Supplier allocations may be reduced or amended by manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers. In such circumstances, Vero Models reserves the right to cancel affected pre-orders and provide a full refund of amounts paid for the affected item.
If a pre-ordered item is permanently cancelled by the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor and Vero Models is unable to supply the item:
Pre-order items must be purchased in a separate order and cannot be combined with in-stock items. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be cancelled, refunded, or amended at Vero Models' discretion.
Pre-order items will be shipped once they are received by Vero Models from the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier following the manufacturer's release schedule and subject to the order remaining valid and not being cancelled by the manufacturer, supplier, or Vero Models.
Manufacturer release dates are estimates only and may be changed, delayed, or cancelled without notice.
Where multiple pre-order items are purchased within the same order, Vero Models will make reasonable efforts to consolidate shipments.
Consolidation is only possible where all applicable items are received by Vero Models within fourteen (14) calendar days of the first item received under that pre-order order.
Where one or more items are not received within this fourteen (14) day period, Vero Models reserves the right to dispatch available items separately.
Additional shipping charges may apply where multiple shipments are required due to differences in manufacturer release dates, supplier deliveries, customer requests, shipment size, weight, destination, or applicable courier rates.
Pre-order products are sourced and purchased by Vero Models based on customer commitments and supplier allocations. For this reason, pre-order payments are non-refundable once the order has been placed, except where Vero Models is unable to supply the item due to manufacturer or supplier cancellation.
Where multiple shipments are required due to staggered manufacturer releases, additional shipping charges may apply based on the size, weight, destination, and courier rates applicable at the time of dispatch.
Full payment is required upfront before sourcing begins.
Once sourcing has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled.
Custom-sourced orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, including for:

Packaging is intended primarily to protect the product during transportation and storage. Minor imperfections, dents, creases, scratches, tears, retailer labels, price stickers, or normal shelf wear affecting the external packaging are not considered defects unless the product is explicitly advertised as having mint packaging.
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes, VAT, or similar fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the applicable customs and tax authorities and are not included in the product price, shipping charges, or order total displayed at checkout.
The customer is solely responsible for the payment of all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and related charges.
Vero Models does not collect, reimburse, or refund any import duties, taxes, or customs charges.
Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs and/or tax authorities before placing an order to understand any applicable charges and import requirements.
We shall not be held liable for delays, inability to supply, or changes to orders resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
